DESCRIPTIONS
DDCY-Q series vacuum pressure solenoid valve, which is installed on a dedicated mechanical vacuum pump. Installed in the mechanical vacuum pump inlet, and synchronize the opening and closing of the pump.
 
When the pump stops working or power supply is suddenly interrupted, the valve can rely on the force of atmospheric pressure and vacuum valve plate closes automatically closed vacuum system to maintain its vacuum, and the air filled through the orifice valve into the pump chamber in order to avoid contamination of the vacuum pump oil countercurrent system.
 
Applicable working medium: air and non-corrosive gases.

IVF VACUUM PUMP INLET OIL MIST FILTER
Filter material is stainless steel woven mesh and stainless steel  punching hole mesh, which is used in preceding stage dewater in heavy oil combustion system, can also be used for chemical liquid filtration, precision is 100 um
Filter element material is stainless steel round microporous mesh, apply to the pretreatment and post-treatment system of electronic, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industrial departments. OMF VACUUM PUMP OUTLET OIL MIST FILTER 
My company developed OMF series outlet oil mist filter for rotary piston vacuum pumps and rotary vane vacuum pumps. These oil mist filters can filtrate oil mist effectively which discharged by vacuum pumps. Reducing environment pollution significantly and reducing the oil consumption effectively. OMF oil mist filters have by pass valves and exhaust pressure display. If exhaust pressure is too high, by pass valve will be opened automatically for reducing pressure. Compared to other general oil mist filters, OMF oil mist filters are more secure, more reliable. The outer layer of filter core has removable cloth for replacing or washing when the cloth is dirty, greatly extending the life of filter core.
